Engaged with our community
At Niner we are excited about the buzz - the good feelings we get when we make products that we love, for people that love our products. Being a part of the Niner community doesn’t start at the cash register and doesn’t end when you walk out the bike shop door.
On the trail, the Niner community is diverse and friendly. Whether you are on your local singletrack or in the middle of an epic journey, don’t be surprised to receive a ton of comments, questions and smiles – Niner bikes tend to generate conversations. Off the trail, you can count on Niner for great customer service. Once you’ve found the bike of your dreams, we back it with a solid warranty and a wealth of information to improve your experience and make you feel at home.
Don’t be shy if you see NINER at races or festivals because we enjoy talking about bike stuff as much as you do. We strongly believe that the way to improve our bikes is through listening to the people that know them best - Ninerds, aka, the Niner Community.
Niner supports youth cycling: NICA and Ciclismo Youth Foundation
We support student athletes and young riders. Niner believes that healthy bodies, strong minds, and devotion to the outdoors is a the best foundation for a lifetime of good times on two wheels.
The National Interscholastic Cycling Association is dedicated to offering a fun and supportive introduction for student athletes at the high school and junior high school level. We offer a 30% discount to NICA members and coaches on qualifying bike purchases through authorized Niner dealers. See the Niner Bikes NICA program documents here.
We're also big fans of the Ciclismo Youth Foundation here in our hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado. Ciclismo Youth Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to making cycling opportunities accessible to youth in Northern Colorado. CYF aims to positively support the development of children in Colorado, by teaching children a life skill while guiding them though challenges along the way. By introducing children to a positive sport and by giving them a chance to develop and have fun, we hope they become riders for life.
